Robert Fishman, Chairman, is CEO and Founder of Resources for Human Development, Inc. (RHD), a $130 million diversifi ed nonprofi t organization founded in 1970 with more than 3,000 employees and programs in ten states. Mr. Fishman is the Founder of Murex and is an active member of the Social Venture Network.

Lawrence Chimerine is Director and Chief Economist of the Economic Strategy Institute in Washington, D.C. His former roles include CEO of The WEFA Group economic forecasting organization and Chairman of Chase Econometrics.

Barry Miller, is President of the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center, which provides world-class best practices to manufacturers in the Greater Philadelphia region. Previously, Mr. Miller spent 14 years at Masco Corporation, a Fortune 500 company.

Richard J. Anthony, Sr. is the Founder and CEO of The Solutions Network, Inc., a full service consulting fi rm specializing in HR management and performance improvement. He previously served as Chairman/CEO of the Alexander Consulting Group’s U.S. consulting unit, and Principal of Towers Perrin.

Gretchen Wilson is President and Principal Designer of Little Souls, Inc., a studio which annually produces more than 40,000 handcrafted dolls for the adult and child collector, and which supports The Little Souls Children’s Fund.

Jeffrey Rosenblum is Founder and President of Arbor Associates, Inc., specialists in benefi ts-plan administration. Mr. Rosenblum directed the $70 million merger of Arbor into eBenX, Inc. (Nasdaq: EBNX).

Michael Forman, Chairman, is Managing General Partner of FB Capital Partners, L.P. FB has recently invested more than $600 million of private capital in control and noncontrol ownership equity and senior and mezzanine debt positions in 19 portfolio companies. Mr. Forman was a senior partner in the Corporate and Finance Department at the law firm Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers, and is now Of Counsel.

Michael Salerno is Co-Founder and former Managing General Partner of Select Capital Ventures I, L.P. a private equity fund licensed as an SBIC in 2002. Mr. Salerno served as a senior investment professional and ultimately president of the venture capital subsidiary of M&T Bankcorp, a $40 billion asset regional bank holding company.

Robert H. Strouse is President of Wind River Holdings, a privately-owned, diversifi ed industrial and investment group comprised of manufacturing, consumer products, insurance, private equity, and real estate business platforms. Mr. Strouse is former Managing Partner of Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP, specializing in M&A and finance.

Donald Gleklen is a strategic business advisor and private investor. Mr. Gleklen is the retired CEO of InteliHealth, a joint venture owned by Aetna U.S. Healthcare and Johns Hopkins Health System. Previously, he spent 16 years as Exec. VP and Sr. Lending Offi cer of the $2.5 billion Industrial Valley Bank.
