Additional incentives exist for Financial Institutions that invest in Murex Investments funds as part of their community development activities. For example, banks have received CRA credit for investments in Murex Investments, Inc and Murex Investments I, L.P..

In addition, the U.S. Treasury Department's Bank Enterprise Award program provides financial incentives to expand investments in Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs).
