Vision
Sustainable: Murex can continue to improve communities through the creation of additional funds that allows it to continually invest in more companies that can continue to operate after Murex exits.
Improvement: Quality of life, asset building, wealth, empowerment, dignity, etc.
Distressed Communities: Based on geography, socioeconomic status, etc.

Values
Progressive Business Practices: Shared-upside (employee ownership, profit sharing, retirement plans, etc.), ongoing employee/management development, non-hierarchical decision-making, etc.
Enhanced Corporate Culture: Respect and dignity in workplace, mutual accountability between employer and employee, creativity and innovation, honesty and trust, etc.

Mission
Drive Towards a Sustainable Investment System: Such that returns are sufficient to help Murex meet investor needs, raise more funds, and meet social goals.
Creates/Supports: Invest in companies that have been screened for these practices or would like to have these practices and can be assisted by Murex. Progressive High-performing Companies: Those that institutionalized the business practices we value along with operational performance/productivity.
Underserved Markets: Deals underserved by traditional capital due to geography, size, industry, etc.
